What personal information do we collect from the people that use our website or app?
When registering for the use of app and website, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details. Other information collected during use of the app and website may include

We collect information from you when you register on our site, log into the app, receive an alert push notification, use priority message functionality, fill out a form, Open a Support Ticket or enter information on our site.

Where do we store your information?
Our databases containing PII are located on Amazon servers in the United States.
How to correct the information?
The users may correct their name and phone numbers directly from the app. All other information may be corrected by contacting tech support.
How do we dispose of the user PII after user account termination?
Individual user accounts may be deleted by the organization administrators. The user PII data such as name with corresponding email and phone number are immediately deleted from the user table and become unavailable.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your Personally Identifiable Information. Your PII may be present on the after-action report that may be turned in to authorities by a subpoena.
We do not include or offer third-party products or services on our website.
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)
When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
CAN SPAM Act
The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
We collect your email address in order to send emergency messages and notifications. We do not send commercial messages.
